9:00 am Thank you to Light of Hope Sponsor: Victorian Village Park, across from 616 Adams Child Abuse Prevention Month is April. We at CASA of Memphis & Shelby County honor the month with our Light of Hope Awareness Project. For the project, we place white stakes with blue ribbons attached in the park across from Juvenile Court. Each stake represents a child who has been abused or neglected in Shelby County. This year, there will be 2,555 stakes in the park—a powerful visual for those who may not realize so many children are suffering through the trauma of abuse or neglect.
