Our Growth Plan
Memphis CASA’s goal this fiscal year is to serve 500 children by June 30, 2011. We are looking ultimately at assuring that every abused, abandoned, and neglected child who enters the Shelby County Juvenile Court system is assigned a CASA volunteer.
Costs
What does every child served by CASA need from our agency? A “Circle of Hope” surrounding him/her, made up of three people:
- A volunteer to serve him/her
- A staff person to train and mentor that volunteer
- Donors to fund those services
It costs $750 per child per year to provide all three of those elements and create a Circle of Hope—a circle that, once completed, opens new hope to that child and for his/her life. Join the Circle of Hope today!
